Who we are

Since 2019, 4G Building Projects has focused on the projects that change how a home works day to day: extensions, loft conversions and garden rooms. We combine practical building skills with careful joinery and finishing, so spaces look considered as well as solid.

Our approach is straightforward. We listen, set out what is realistic, and keep you informed as the job progresses. We don’t make exaggerated claims — just clear advice and workmanship we stand behind.

Who we work with

Most of our work is for homeowners who want more space without the upheaval of moving. We also support contractors and developers on residential packages when a reliable, well-organised team is needed on site.

From our workshop and office at 14 Moat House Square, Thorp Arch Trading Estate (LS23 7FB), we serve homeowners across West Yorkshire and North Yorkshire.
